First presented in 1986, the Festival of Trees, which is organized by the Council of 101, is the premier holiday event in Central Florida and is enjoyed by more than 20,000 people each year in mid-November. The Orlando Museum of Art is transformed into a "winter wonderland" with beautiful designer trees and vignettes. Special events include our Opening Night Gala, our family friendly Reindeer Romp and our trendy Holiday Stroll. Enjoy a bite to eat in our Festival Cafe or watch our daily entertainment provided daily by local area dance groups and choirs. Trees, wreaths, gingerbread houses and decorative accessories for your home or office are available for purchase.
