This makes me think that no one told them what a good Realtor should do for them. I always go above and beyond for my clients. I am there for them 24\/7. That is just one of the things a good Realtor should do for you. Check out my list below for some other things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They should always be in communication with you via e-mail, text, phone&#8230;whatever your best mode of communication is.<\/li>\n<li>They should always get back to you promptly.<\/li>\n<li>They should LISTEN to you and your wants and needs.<\/li>\n<li>They should keep in communication with the listing or buyer(s) Realtor to make sure that the transaction goes smoothly for you.<\/li>\n<li>They should give you regular updates on what is going on with the progress of your transaction.<\/li>\n<li>They should advise you based on their expertise and what is in your best interest.<\/li>\n<li>They should be keeping up to date with the latest trends in Real Estate and what the market is doing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>I become friends with my clients. I am someone they can talk to and someone they can count on.
