Hi, I’m Dina Najjar and I would love to be your Realtor. Whether you are looking to find the perfect house or sell your home, I am the woman for the job! I am a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate. I am also a Luxury Home and Condo Specialist, Certified Short-Sale Professional, and Certified E-Pro. I work with Capital Realty Group Florida in Downtown Orlando. I received my degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a Masters in Business from Rollins College: Crummer Graduate School of Business. I have been living in different areas of Orlando for over ten years, during which I have gained extensive knowledge about the city that allows me to better market your home. I also have experience with commercial real estate sales and leasing, managing large shopping plazas, as well as Marketing and Finance.
I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and attended the Bolles School during my high school career. My family and I decided to move to Orlando after I graduated high school. We chose “The City Beautiful” because we fell in love with the different facets of Orlando. Between Winter Park, College Park, Downtown Orlando, Dr. Phillips, and East Orlando; there is enough culture, history, restaurants, theme parks, and activities to fill your calendar indefinitely.
Currently, I reside in Downtown Orlando and really enjoy the constant movement, energy, and the arts. My hobbies include traveling, fashion, entertainment, cultural events, film and theater, and – most of all – trying new restaurants! There are so many great restaurants in the various areas of town and would be more than happy to make recommendations. I would love to help you with every step of the home-buying or selling process. Though I specialize in Fine Homes and Estates and Luxury Condominiums, I am confident working with any home sale.
I am very familiar with Central Florida, having extensive knowledge of the following areas: Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Downtown/Thornton Park, College Park, Baldwin Park, Winter Park, and East Orlando. I am fluent in Arabic and would gladly assist any international buyers or sellers.
